Thinker. Creator. Originator. Dog mom. Foodie. Ask Rachel if she’s driven by her left brain, her right brain, or her heart and she’ll answer, “Yes.”

Which is why after spending her early career overseeing accounts, devising killer strategy, creating award-winning content, and crushing social engagement metrics for several travel, tourism, food and beverage brands—all while starting her own non-profit donating several cancer research grants to Johns Hopkins Hospital—it’s no surprise she was named one of Baltimore’s Finest 35 Under 35.

Along the way she witnessed what makes brands soar and where they have to settle in both advertising and media publishing, then she set out on her own to build a better way. Mill + Co.

Equal parts free spirit and rule-follower, Lydia has always identified as both a creative thinker and business-forward leader. 

With that in mind, it makes sense that she has worked with clients in both the candy industry and healthcare – she can master any trade you throw her way. She has a knack for developing smart, effective strategy and consumer-focused creative based on real data. Delivering content that is both meaningful and impactful is what drives results, and she’s ready to help your business reach its maximum potential.

Lydia joined Mill & Co. after her most recent role in pharmaceutical advertising, so she’s no stranger to compliance and regulations, but also has a sixth sense for knowing the right time to push creative and business boundaries.

As much as Emily loves the world of data, research, and numbers, she also loves the world of design, color, and aesthetics. 
Lucky for her, she has found her niche as a college intern turned hire of Mill + Co., combining her analytical and creative strengths to assist in producing high-quality strategy and content. As a 2020 “pandemic grad,” she has learned how to navigate and overcome challenges in a business setting right off the bat. 
Emily has quickly gained strong strategy, social media, and project management skills, and she brings a young and fresh perspective to every project.
